Churches’ Mutual offers access to your credit union accounts via our secure Members’ Area and we encourage all our members to register to use this facility.

Online Banking puts you in charge. It is easy to register and it is free. You can register via the login icon on this page. You can access your account 24/7 and keep track of your money.

When you register for Internet Banking you will be asked to create a PIN, password and share withdrawal password. Please use something that you will find easy to remember as we do not keep a record of this information. Once you submit your online banking application we check your details and activate your account. Activation can take up to 24 hours however  you should receive a confirmation email from our software providers: support@kesho.co.uk to confirm. If you have not received an email within two days please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.

Internet Banking services enable you to view your account balance, view transactions, apply for a loan, make a share withdrawal request and send us a secure message.

There can be a delay of up to 24 hours in updating transactions on your account, if a recent item isn’t showing, or you have made a BACS payment on a non-working day then please try later.

If you prefer not to use online banking you may still manage your account by telephone, email or letter. Please note that share withdrawals cannot be authorised over the telephone.
