If you have a complaint that you cannot resolve with us you may be able to take it to the Financial Ombudsman Service, but you must first have tried to resolve it through the internal complaints procedure. We can provide you with further information or you can obtain it direct from: Financial Ombudsman Service
We will occasionally carry out a survey of our members’ experiences of using the credit union, particularly if you have recently taken out a loan or opened a new account, and appreciate your co-operation with this. Feedback will be used to help improve services for all members. Please remember to talk to the Credit Union first if you are unhappy with our services – but let us know if you are happy with us too!
